To qualify for the incentive you must use the referral form on Broadland Consultants website. Referrals received via other methods (e.g. phone or email) to do not qualify for the referral incentive.

Once your referral results in Broadland Consultants completing a successful financial advice fee earning transaction for the person you have referred, and the product is live and completed, we’ll do the following:

• Credit the person you have referred with £50 of Amazon Vouchers
• Credit you with £50 of Amazon Vouchers

* We reserve the right in the event of the above incentive(s) not being available to secure an alternative incentive for an equivalent value.

We only credit the referral once for the first transaction. If the referred client completes multiple transactions with us as a result of the first referral, we will pay no further incentives for completing more than one transaction.

You don’t need to be a Broadland Consultants client to refer a friend, just contact us using the online referral form today and provide contact details for the person you are referring to us. Please review these terms and conditions below for further details.

It is not possible to refer yourself using this incentive scheme

There is a limit of 5 different people you can refer (If you wish to refer more than 5 clients to us, please contact us on 01603 278278 or e-mail info@broadlandconsultants.com to discuss becoming a registered professional introducer to our firm).

You cannot refer the same person twice, and you may only use our refer a friend programme in good faith for lawful purposes.

A referred client can only be referred once. In the event that a referred client is referred to Broadland consultants more than once from different sources, only the first referrer to refer the referred client to Broadland consultants will be eligible for a referral incentive.

You may not:

Refer yourself, refer existing clients of Broadland Consultants, or people that have previously spoken to the Broadland Consultant team in the last 12 months, or people that have made an enquiry to Broadland Consultants prior to the referral in the last 12 months

Refer existing clients of Broadland Consultants.

Use alternative contact information to refer yourself or others.

Refer fictitious persons.

Make payments to another individual as a result of the vouchers you receive for your referrals.

Use the refer a friend programme in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; or in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

Use the referral programme to engage in any form of provision of financial advice or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam) or otherwise attempt to circumvent our terms and conditions (detailed below) or the refer a friend programme.

For a referral to qualify, an applicant’s details must not have been previously received from any other source by Broadland Consultants.

The referrer will not be eligible to receive any referral incentive in the event that the referred client has already engaged in discussions with Broadland Consultants in regards to advice in financial matters.

Permanent employees and contract and temporary workers working directly for Broadland Consultants are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme

Voucher payment will be made electronic transfer via email only and we aim to make this payment within 30 days of the completion of the product. These timescales can be extended in the event of a delay of the transaction or a delay in payment from the provider we have engaged with for the referred client.

From the date the referral is received from the Referrer, the Referred Client has 12 months to instruct us and complete a transaction with Broadland Consultants. Any work completed for the referred client after this date will not qualify for the incentive.

Data Protection

The referred client (“the Referred Client”) must be notified by you and have consented to their details being passed/shared with to Broadland Consultants (and its professional business partners) for this offer before the date of the referral. The Referred Client must have consented to Broadland Consultants contacting them.

This is the responsibility of the party referring the Referred Client (“the Referrer”) and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulation. The Referrer will indemnify Broadland Consultants for any loss or claim arising from the Referrers failure to procure such consent.

At no point do you gain access to the personal information of your referrals or any of their data or information around their financial data and vice versa.

Broadland Consultants will not discuss any aspect of a referred person’s application with you at any point or their experience of our company. You have no right to, and will not receive, updates on your referred person’s application due to privacy and data protection controls.

Abuse of the referral terms

Broadland Consultants has the right to refuse to pay you the referral fee if (in its sole and absolute discretion) we suspect that you have not used the refer a friend programme in good faith or have breached these terms and conditions.

We will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of this agreement. When a breach of these terms and conditions have occurred, Broadland Consultants may take such action as we deem appropriate, including (but not limited to) termination of this agreement and suspending the refer a friend programme.

Limitation of liability

Broadland Consultants accepts no liability for any use of the refer a friend programme which does not comply with these terms.

Changes to these terms and conditions or the referral programme

We may revise these terms and conditions or the referral programme at any time. We may or may not alert you to any changes made. Continued use of the refer a friend programme shall amount to acceptance of the terms and conditions in force at that time.

Broadland Consultants reserves the right to terminate the refer a friend programme at any time, without notice.

In the event the refer a friend programme is terminated, Broadland Consultants will not be obliged to make any payments that would have otherwise qualified for a referral fee.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

PROFESSIONAL INTRODUCERS

If you are an accountant, solicitor, estate agent or indeed work in a business of any kind, we aim to do everything we can to support you and your clients. You can potentially introduce mortgage and financial advice enquiries to us.
